Need more info: Prognosis in stage iiic endometrial adenocarinoma depends on several things including age, grade, histologic type, number, size and location of involved nodes, etc. This ? Can be best answered by your gyn oncologist. On average, about 60% of women live 5 years after diagnosis of stage iiic disease, but it can be much better or worse. I wish your wife the best.
