Varies: Chr. Pancreatitis- ditates low fat diet. If cause is hypertg- that should be treated aggressively. If etoh- abstinence helps. If gallstones- surgical, endoscopic remidy helps. If surgical / anatomical anomaly, any of the above late stage Creon is the blessing.
