Grade B is better!: Strangely enough, most people feel grade b tastes better & some say it has more minerals. The founder of the lemonade diet advises using grade b- see http://www.Gradebmaplesyrup.Org/whygradebmaple.Html i do not advise doing the lemonade diet without modification. I would add a scoop of a green powder like orac energy greens or vitamineral greens & about 30 grams of hempseed protein-see my comment:.

We need about 30 grams of protein a day- if we don't get it from our diet we break down our muscles to get it & I don't think it is healthy to break down our muscles- thus the need for a good protein powder like hemp, rice, pea or whey. Also, on a lemonade diet you will release toxins from the fat that is breaking down. You liver needs many nutrients to process those toxins. Without proper nutritional support we can become very toxic- a good green powder with herbs that support detoxification will tremendously increase the benefits and reduce the hazards of the lemonade diet.

YES: Diets low in sugar and higher in protein with elimination of acids and toxins helps. Of special note drinking sodas and other acidic beverages with inadequate high quality water results in a "gel-like" effect of the interstitial fluids. This means the neurotransmitters take more time to cross the synaptic space resulting in "fog" www.Medacpc.Com.

Every 4 days: The rotation diet refers to eating the same food only once every 4 days to prevent sensitivity reactions. The theory behind it is that food usually takes 4 days to travel through the intestinal tract so by the time you eat the food again, the body does not recognize it as a sensitivity.

Unlikely: I am not aware of a link of diet to causation of ms, but many people with MS tend to be constipated, which can be aggravated by dietary factors.

Balance : The best diet is relatively high in protein. You should avoid processed sugars and starches, although many natural complex carbs, such as potatoes, are fine. It is advisable to remain caffeine-free, as caffeine makes you more sensitive to low glucose levels.
