Not true: Every girl needs to know that there is nothing she cannot do during her period. America is a free country. Being a girl should not have any limitations.

No.: The list of myths associated with menstruation - particularly the list of things women are not supposed to do during it - is amazingly long. There is no logical reason to avoid dying your hair during your menstrual period.
