i have an ache all around my eye and have headaches inthe front. i feel pressure and pain in my eye, face, cheek and back teeth. the mri showed sinusitis involving ethmoid air cells. what should i do?

Sinus infection: All those symptoms, especially the dental ones, are consistent with sinus infection. Don't consider any root canals until the sinus infection is cleared up.

Sinus infection: Even without the MRI all symptoms pointed to sinus infection. You should be on medicine for this.

That would do it : Sinusitis is an infection/inflammation of the sinuses. This condition may respond to medications( antibiotics, steroids, antihistamines, decongestants), or may require surgery to resolve. See a competent ENT physician.
