Possibly: Fat in your midsection can mean several things. If you haven't had thyroid studies recently, ask your doctor about them. Also you may have some food sensitivities or exposure to toxins that causes difficulty with Insulin resistance. A functional medicine or holistic/integrative medicine doctor may help you with elimination diet to check on this. Also, "burst" interval training may help.
