Allergic trigger: Asthma is often triggered by something to which you have an allergic or inflammatory respone. Also can be caused by exercise, cold air or fluid, also tension, stress or emotional triggers. The "tightness is the body's reaction to those triggers and needs treatmenty, usually with an inhaler. See an acute care clinic or your pcp.

Those are: Reasons for your symptoms.Take your medicines for asthma and allergy as prescribed by your physician. Do not be too quick to stop medications otherwise you will get relapse, recurring symptoms and getting more anxious about why you are not getting better.Discuss what treatment plan is best for you.
