Are there any home remedies for sleep apnea?

Some: Obstructive sleep apnea is related to airway issues. Home remedies to help open the airway at night might include a nasal rinse with a saline solution (neti pot) or use of a nasal decongestant (pills or spray) or nasal airway strips (breath right) to open the nasal airway. Opening the pharyngeal airway (in the throat) requires an oral mouthpiece from a dentist.

No: The best answer is to loose weight. You can also try the nasal strips or nasal opening devices sold over the counter at pharmacies.
