Several issues: Chondromalacia means you have abnormal cartilage in the inside part of your knee where the kneecap (patella) sits. Everything else means you have fluid and/or inflammation in various places around your knee. A bursa is a sac that usually only has a little bit of fluid in it but can get inflamed and be painful. Popliteal cyst = baker cyst, which is accumulation of fluid in the back of the knee.

Inflammation: Sounds like various areas of inflammation and potential pain sources. This makes surgery less likely to succeed. Best to try medications and exercise program first.

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend of 3 yrs and he ejaculated inside of me while I was on my period. The next day, it stopped and it hasn't came back on ever since. This was about 2 & a half weeks ago. Is it possible i'm pregnant?

Unlikely.: The most fertile time of the month is about 2 weeks from the start of your period assuming that you have a period every 28 days. If your periods are shorter than 28 days, it is possible that you could have hit the fertile time. You will have to wait until you miss your period to get a pregnancy test. There is no way to tell if you are pregnant where you are in your cycle now.

Do pregnancy test: No one can tell you for sure based on the info provided. Do a pregnancy test and if negative, do another one in 2 weeks unless you start your period.

Spotting is common: Spotting is very common in the first few weeks after you start taking Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) injections. It is expected to resolve in coming months. If it does not resolve then you should see your gynecologist for examination.

Likely Miscarriage: When a fetal pole and heart beat are not seen on early ultrasound, the ultrasound is usually repeated in one to two weeks. Given your bleeding, it is probable that you are experiencing a misscarriage. If you bleeding becomes more than 1 pad an hour or you have increasing pain, you should call your physician immediately.

Depends: Start with anti-inflammatory meds and rehab. An injection can help pes bursitis but not tendinitis. Have qualified surgeon look at MRI to make sure it was read properly. If all else fails, surgery on some of these can helps. Most feel better with rehab.
