Yes: It sounds like athlete's foot, a common fungal infection of the skin on the feet. Try using an over-the-counter medication like Lamisil (terbinafine) or lotrimin. Use the medications as directed, and if it doesn't improve or worsens, see your doctor. It might be another problem, requiring a different course of treatment.
