Seeing a dentist...: ... Is really your only option. Over the internet, this panel cannot tell how badly your tooth chipped. It may be broken so badly that you need root canal therapy and a crown.. Or it may be a relatively simple fix. Your local dentist will give you all of your treatment options after s/he examines your tooth.

Chipping tooth: Your options are ( assuming the root form and bone support of the tooth are good) are:
white filling
composite veneer
porcelain veneer
full coverage crown.
