Eva;: If you have incurred trauma to your wrist with pain - that is a possibility. Without trauma - you could have a cyst, arthritis or other causes. The only way to accurately determine if you have sustained a wrist fracture is through medical evaluation and often an x-ray is indicated.

Deformity & Pain: If the wrist fracture was not treated and was displaced most of the time will heal but in deform way that cause malfunction of the wrist joint and lead to traumatic arthritis, which lead to permanent pain.
