Likely benign.: 6 days after your menses ends your estrogen level is starting to rise. This could cause some sensation in the uterus that could feel like cramping. Other possiblities include: fibroids-benign tumors of the uterus vaginitis-excess bacteria in the vagina can cause lower pelvic cramping. Symptoms include creamy discharge and musty smell.
