Make her comfortable: A temperature of 99.6 is not considered a "fever". If the baby triaminic is for fever reduction, stop using it! it sounds as if she has a cold, for which you can make sure that she receives adequate amounts of fluids. Also, keeping her head slightly elevated and using a humidifier or vaporizer with keep the mucus loose. Saline nose drops and bulb to remove mucus. No cough/cold medications!
