See below.: That's aggressive wt loss. About 2.5 lbs/wk. This is equal to a deficit of 9000 calories per week. About 1300 cal/day. If your caloric requirement is 2000 calories/day that leaves you with about 700 cal/day. About 50% should be carbs. Since there are 4 cal/gram of carb that leaves you with 350/4 = 87.5 g carbs/day. Why don't you try losing 5 lbs/ month.
