See a doctor: Probably not a bone disease but if concerned see a pediatric orthopedist.

Unlikely: Most kids are slightly bowed until about 3, knock kneed from 4-5 and straight legged after 6. Your pcp can do some x-rays & eliminate the issue of a bone disease at any point that you become worried. I can't remember any i've had to send to ortho for bowing in 2 decades.
