A 29-year-old female asked:
noticed a painless lump on my outside forearm what could cause it?

Fatty tumor: The most common cause for that simple description is a lipoma or benign fatty tumor. How long has it been there? The only way to truly know what it is, is to have it biopsied. I would at the very least recommend having a healthcare provider examine it in person.
