Few possibilities.: Rt sided kidney stone, ureteric stone in the conducting pipe from kidney to urinary bladder, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, intrauterine contraceptive device sometimes causing pain with or without infection of uterus in which it is there, spine conditions with irritation of the nerve roots coming through sides, musculosketal stain, rarely faulty positioned appendix with inflammation.
