post hyster for endo cancer - all mediastinal nodes enlarged, w/bilateral hilar & virchows node. no sarcoid/lung issue, have thyroid nodules. ideas?

Adenopathy: How do you know not sarcoidosis? Has it been biopsies? Otherwise consider some type of lymphoproliferative disorder. Need tissue diagnosis. Endometrial ca unlikely.
