what causes tiredness, back pain, late or missed period and feeling hot?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Bernard Canlas
29 years experience Pain Management
Many factors: You have to consider your age. Are you having pre menopausal symptoms. Your back pain may be a different problem. You can have degenerative arthritis of your spine and this may aggravate your feeling of tiredness. Have yourself evaluated by your physician.
