i had a seizuire in october, now one yesturday.i was wondering if it is possible marijuana caused it, though i don't smoke everyday just here and there?

Seizure: For your sake, u need to stop , and see a neurologist as soon as possible.

Hard to predict.: Marijuana can do a lot of strange things in different people. I am not aware by itself causing seizures. If you have history of seizure, are you taking your seizure medications regularly? If not you must. If you do not have seizure history you better see a doctor soon. Seizures can be life threatening..

Doubtful: I have never seen a relationship between cannibas and seizure risk. Doesn't mean it couldn't occur but but would have to be in close proximity to the event. Get on some seizure meds for god sake if u have not yet. Topimax is a good one in that it appears to have an effect on reward systems like food consumption and alcohol intake; Lamotrigine is easily tolerated and can be good for mood, good lu.

Medical marijuana is often used to prevent seizures here in Oregon where it's legal. So, unlikely to cause one.
