Diet has nothing to : Diet has nothing to do with pigmentation! eat healthy: ample amount of proteins, low fat and moderate amount of starches. Animal fats are bad for humnan consumption. So eat plant based foods supplemented with foods with good protein content like fish, eggs, nuts and soy products.Fruits and veggies daily will help you most.
