Masturbation: No. If you overdo it and get irritation locally, best to cut back a bit. As a young adult, a healthy libido is to be expected. My concern is that if you rely on self stimulation to the exclusion of social interaction with your peer group, you could isolate and miss opportunities for relationships. If you have an enjoyable social life then i see no problem.
