Deep vein thrombosis: Deep vein thrombosis, that is clots in the deep veins, can develop when being in a seated position for long hours. Pregnancy increases this risk. If you have to travel, you need to get out of your seat and move around at least once an hour. Also maintain hydration during that time. Depends on where you're travelling to, you need to make sure you are vaccinated properly. Talk to your OB about that.

Possibly: Some women will feel their babies moving inside as early as 16 or 18 weeks, however many women will not feel the baby moving until 22 or 24 weeks. Occasionally there will be a woman who never really feels the baby moving inside - this is sometimes referred to as "numb belly syndrome".

Not recommended: Caffiene is not recommended in pregnancy or with breast feeding. It is not contraindicated but not great to have that much of a stimulant.

See your doctor: If it is a virus, all you can do is supportive care such tylenol (acetaminophen) and nasal saline spray. However; if it is a bacterial infection you will need antibiotics. Pneumonia and bad sinsus infections can occur in the setting of pregnancy so do not hesitate to seek medical care.
