Vascular: Congratulations on kicking the h habit! see a vascular surgeon as either the lymphatic outflow or the venous outflow has been obstructed possibly to scarring and closure of the lymphatics or the veins. The only treatment might be to wear a compression glove or sleeve but it is worth investigating.
