What could be causing me to almost always have diarrhea?

Diarrhea: Work up us recommended to evaluate for the possibility of irritable bowel syndrome(ibs), lactose intolerance, celiac disease(gluten intolerance)& inflammatory bowel disease(ulcerative colitis or crohn's disease)your doctor can obtain a more detailed history & thus direct the evaluation.
