Hard to say.........: The vitamin/supplement industry is unregulated by the fda, so it's hard to know the truth behind claims of supplements. In addition, it's hard to even know the content of supplements, as that is also unregulated. All in all, it's a multi-billion dollar, unregulated industry that make suspect claims.......... Buyer beware.
