Yes and no: Fast weight loss is usually very temporary, very easy to regain. A lifestyle change is in order, that balances the types of nutrients and calories with exercise (at gym or not).
Nothing is free: weight, food and exercise are the only true parameters of weight stabilization. Good luck!
