Maybe: Ct scan is not very good for identifying ectopic pregnancy. It's usually seen via u/s, since this is a better way of looking at pelvic anatomy.

It's non-specific.: Ct findings are usually non-specific for ectopic pregnancies. Trans-vaginal ultrasound is generally the imaging modality of choice for ectopic pregnancy, along with a measurement of beta-hcg level to assist in diagnosis.
In addition, it should be noted that ct exposes a possibly non-ectopic fetus to ionizing radiation, so it is not ideal as a diagnostic tool.
