I want to gain weight, i have crohn's and haven't gained but a pound since 1st surgery in 2010, i eat pretty normal and use to weigh 190 and i am 152.?

152 ain't bad!: Crohn's surgery may shorten your small bowel, important for nutrient absorption, thus explaining your inability to gain weight. Discuss your worries with your GI doc, they may be able to help; also, seeing a nutritionist to eat higher caloric foods may be helpful to gain weight, but may also be harmful, so only do it with medical guidance.
