Itchy scratchy: The itching and flaking of your scalp may be unrelated to foods. You may have seborrheic dermatitis or even a genetic condition of atopy. Try a selenium based shampoo or even a tar shampoo. It may require addition of topical steroid. If it persists see your doctor or dermatologist.

Dust mites: Hello, I am not sure of what is happening? Are you in a situation where there are dust mites in the house? You may want to slwo down or stop the milk since you are getting itchy scalp. I would sugget you go to a dermatologist/allergist. You might also try a different hair product or use your current hair products if you think they are working. Good luck!
