what is the best anti-depression and calmative drug ?

No drug is "best": There are several antidepressants and even more anti-anxiety drugs available. The "best" for one person may not be the best for another. Doctors select treatments based on a person's unique symptom profile, past experience with medications, other medical issues they may have, and so forth. If one drug were always the best, then everyone would get that one. It doesn't work that way.

It depends: It depends on other signs and symptoms you have which may fulfill the diagnostic criteria for a mental disorder, in the case of major depression, there are probably 30 different drugs and one is not necessarily the best. If after a careful one hour examination with me, i thought you had major depression and anxiety, one of the favorite drugs i like to prescribe is called nortriptyline.

There is none: You need to see a competent psychiatrist who can do a thorough evaluation and explain the alternatives available- what works best for one person may not for the other.

DEPRESSION: 1st have a physical exam to rule out a physical problem. The most complete evaluation for medication is with a Psychiatrist. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with ZOOM.com sessions to find better coping mechanisms for dealing with depression. There is extra anxiety due to covid 19- stay safe, cautious & hold on to hopefulness to elevate your immune system.
