Balance diet. better: These supplements may be ok but nothing is like balanced diet with healthy protein as egg whites , soy, whey, fish ...Supplements are ok, but do not overdue it. Also drink plenty if water to balance for protein and keep your kidneys healthy!

Taking a creatine supplement is much more important than a protein supplement for body building, and is harmless.
