Pimples: How old are you? They both can be related to male hormone changes at adolescence.

All normal: Young men often get acne for several years. The length of time a person suffers from acne, and severity of the acne are largely genetic, and not caused by poor hygiene or a bad diet...or by masterbation or being aroused. A little leakage of semen (sperm!) prior to ejaculation is also normal. This is why prevention of pregnancy requires placing the condom as soon as the penis is erect.

Testosterone: Changes can often cause pimples as can oily skin. Masturbation has nothing to do with how many pimples. Pre-Leakage, is a watered down version of what's to come containing semen and any other STD's that might be in the person leaking. When alone, it's not a big deal but to protect a partner, cover up as soon as it gets up!
