i'm 32 years old, healthy, planning pregnancy, taking 1mg of folic and having a rash on back and stomack. how the folic allergy reaction looks like?

Folic acid: I have never truley seen a reaction to folic acid although a high dose for general nutritional purposes. Would suggest stopping for few days. To see if rash improves. If no improvement time to consult physician for other causes and examination of rash. If it does improve may want to consider a lower dosage or alternative formulation.

Rash: It would be very rare to be allergic to folic acid.
