Anxiety and Cancer: Panic disorder is a diagnosis all on its own. Its not linked to cancer but a lot of cancer patients will experience a high level of anxiety at the time of their diagnosis and interestingly at the completion of their treatment.

Socondary Anxiety: Panic disorder per se is not a symptom of cancer ( by definition) however, panic attacks can be a manifestation of cancer as well as many other physical ailments.
