how accurate are u/s at 9weeks & 6days? considering thats when i found out about my pregnancy? are they usually off by 2 weeks this early?

Depends if blood or : Before the missed period, the urine tests go down to 25 miu and ione goies down to 15 miu, the blood goes down to 5 miu so blood would show up first.
