Please Go to ER: There are many different diseases that can be causing your symptoms, all of which require face-to-face evaluation and testing to get to the bottom of this. Tachycardia (fast heart rate) and a low urine output are both signs of severe dehydration--add to that "severe" abdominal pain--you need to be seen and treated at once. I hope you feel better.
