sleep pattern changes is messing up my ability to function normally, what can i do?

Try to fix your bed : 1) try to keep you bedtime and wake up the same everyday even during your off days, this will reset your internal clock. 2) you can try 1 mg melatonin (over the counter) 2-3 hours before the bedtime as needed if you have problem falling in sleep. 3) the most important to keep your wake up time the same all the days. 4) make sure you get enough hours of sleep, like 7.30-8 hours, but some people nee.
