i have noticed during diaper changes that my 3.5month olds penis tip is dark blue. just that area, what causes that? should i have him seen?

Probably normal: Many moms have consulted me about baby with purple or dark blus appearance of glans penis. This is normal. Should not need to be seen, but you can always email a photograph to your pediatrician, who can either comment upon it or forward it to his friendly pediatric urologist who should be happy to comment.
