Facial Resurfacing: While it may not be possible to make the scars completely disappear, they can be significantly improved with medical grade resurfacing with a deep chemical peel, laser or dermabrasion. However, since is should be a deep treatment, the microdermabrasions or lite peels performed at a spa are just not going to be effective enough.
