See your doctor: You should have these symptoms evaluated by a physician rather than just covering up the symptoms with analgesics. If (as is often the case) the pain is related to muscle spasms without serious pathology, then exercise may be the cure. Our muscles start to hurt when they are not exercised regularly. A regimen of light weight lifting for strength and toning will often cure common aches & pains.
