A 39-year-old member asked:
what are some safe products that can permanently whiten my stained teeth?

There aren't any: Whitening is not permanent. Age, pigment containing foods (coffee, tea, colas, mustard saffron, tomato sauce, etc), smoking, will all darken teeth. Whitening can help, but must be repeated periodically. Ask your dentist for options.

White strips: Try crest white strips, but to get the greatest effect, make sure you get your teeth cleaned before you start.

None: No products will permanently whiten your teeth. If you bleach your teeth you will still need to do touch up bleaching to keep your teeth bright. If you want to have a permanent solution you might want to consider veneers.
