how can i quickly get fit to play adult league baseball?

Dr. Robert Palumbo

No Shortcuts: There is no fast way to get in shape, and, particularly in throwing sports, the throwing arm is at risk for injury if not properly trained. The "throwers ten" excersises are a great way to start and are available online. Also, simple jogging, use of an elliptical machine, etc., can be helpful for aerobic fitness.Lastly, do not forget stretching program to avoid hamstring, calf and achilles injuries.
