Not necessarily: A problem to fear, as could be tension headache associated with stress, or maybe early migraine, or perhaps associated with neck or jaw problem. Unlikely to be tumor or hemorrhage. If this is evolving and worsening, perhaps your physician could evaluate and even get an imaging study of brain.
