Nasal irrigation?: Chronic sinusitis can cause recurrent sinus drip and sinus irritation. If there is allergy causing the inflammation of the sinuses, an evaluation by an allergist will be in order. Measures such as irrigation of the nose and sinuses with salt solution or salt and soda solution has helped many patients, if done a regularly.
