No short-breadth!: Chronic sinusitis can cause post nasal drip and irritation of throat, and a feeling of something in the throat. If you are suffering from asthma, it could be triggered by sinus inflammation. However, if you are suffering from shortness of breath, please see your doctor for an evaluation.
