what's the best solution or treatment for sarciatica.i have a horrible pain at the middle of left butt.it will cause pain if i press on .pls advise me?

Ouch: Should not be sciatica. May be something else like a fracture. Rex to go get at least am x-ray of the area.

Many Possibilities: Depending on how long it's been going on, i would consider an evaluation by a spine specialist. Sometimes it could be a muscle imbalance, early onset arthritis or scoliosis. Also could be a pinched nerve/herniated disc. Either way it might be good to figure it out and get appropriate treatment. Depending on why your back hurts can determine which injection maybe helpful.
