Unknown: That would be toward the end of your fertile period. There is no specific number that could be quoted. Use a home pregnancy test if you're late.

Is it possible to get pregnant 4 days after a positive opk?

Yes: The ovulation predictor indicates when you are about to ovulate (usually within about 36 hours) the egg is fetile for about 24 hours after ovulation so you would be in the right range to conceive around 4 days after a positive test for ovulation prediction.

When you are pregnant can you feel naseous throughout the day?

Sure.: There is teleological reasoning behind pregnancy's nausea; that way toxic and potential teratogenic exposures are minimized during the most sensitive period of embryonic development. Unfortunately, that makes the expecting mom miserable for the first trimester, but things improve thereafter. Try ginger/cinnamon snacks, small/frequent meals and patience. Take 1-5 mg Folic Acid daily!
