besides liver, gallbladder, pancreas problems, could ulcers cause pale yellow stool? what about diet?

Diet is possible: I had a young patient whose stool was light yellow, he did not feel ill, and his mood was quite mellow, and after much testing and wringing of hands, we found he ate way too much crackers of graham! true story.
